club coaching courses - 2016/17

Coaching a Cricket Team/Getting Started in Coaching

Who For:        All Coaches and Parents of all abilities and levels in junior cricket.

Aim:                The approach of coaches and parents towards their children’s development in these formative years is crucial, and the information shared at these courses between tutors and other coaches is very important in helping to ensure people have the skills to assist players in the best manner they possibly can.

The course contains a small portion of technical information, but will predominantly focus on discussions surrounding the coaches’ approach to the team and individuals in it and showing some good training drills and games that the coaches might want to use.

This has been very successful for new coaches and parents and we encourage as many participants from your club as possible.
