Counties Manukau Cricket Association is seeking passionate and committed coaches to join our Representative Pathway Programme for the upcoming season.
We are currently recruiting for:
• U15 Rangatahi Boys Coach
• U17 Rangatahi Boys Coach
• U16 Rangatahi Girls Coach
These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work with some of our region’s most promising young cricketers, helping to develop their skills, build strong team cultures, and prepare them for the next stage of their cricket journey.
If you’re passionate about coaching and want to help shape the next generation of Counties Manukau cricketers, we’d love to hear from you.

CMCA Winter Academy – Years 7–9
Take your game to the next level this winter with our specialist-led cricket development programme.
Over 6 Saturdays, players will work in skill-specific groups with experienced coaches focusing on:
* Batting & Wicketkeeping
* Spin Bowling
* Seam Bowling
Designed for players wanting to develop their primary skill, improve game understanding, and prepare for the upcoming season in a high-quality training environment.
